Insilencio 2011 showreel
It’s been a great, inspiring and busy year for Insilencio. Ready to get an overview of what we’ve been doing lately, in a blink of an eye?
Fasten your seatbelts, here’s our showreel!
Our Award needs a friend
Our 2010 HR Excellence Award is so lonely. So we asked everyone to help him get a friend, by voting for Insilencio as Best Employer Branding company 2011. Watch our tear-jerking video and share it with other sensitive souls.
The Lonely Award
Our 2010 HR Excellence Award is so lonely. And you can help him get a friend.
Watch our tear-jerking video, share it, and most importantly: vote for Insilencio as Best Employer Branding company 2011.
Insilencio on TV
Insilencio’s third labour market barometer caught the attention of various media.
We were even on television: watch it here!
Job mobility at historic low
In this post-crisis era, employees prove to be highly loyal to their current employer. Insilencio’s third labour market barometer shows that the intention to switch jobs on the short term is at an historic low.
Wanted: Account Manager and Project Manager
Insilencio has a crystal-clear objective for 2011 as well: To remain the innovator in employer marketing. Our aim is to increase our customers’ profile and we are secretly counting on gaining commissions from other top companies for Insilencio to develop their employer brand. In order to bring these plans to fruition, we are in need of extra staff.
Insilencio Researches Social Media Use
Insilencio commissioned HUB - Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel (HUB) - to research Facebook use in a professional (recruitment) context. Our research has shown that most Flemish companies still have no Facebook policy in place. The use of social media naturally requires specific know-how and a creative approach.
