The end of an academic year is always a crucial moment for many employers. In order to direct the attention of graduates towards the careers at BNP Paribas Fortis, Insilencio developed Recharge before you start: an online summer contest enabling graduates to ‘recharge their batteries’ before starting their professional career.

Participants could win many ‘relaxing and healthy’ prizes like fruit baskets, folding bikes or even a garden party. The principle: the more people who participated, the bigger the prizes would get. Graduates were therefore encouraged to share the contest as much as possible with their friends in order to increase the number of participants – who could in turn be potential candidates for BNP Paribas Fortis.

Created result: highly increased awareness around BNP Paribas Fortis as a potential employer among hundreds of participating graduates – in turn leading to many relevant applications.
